Mobile agencies are fundamental to our business – they make the magic happen, building client’s apps and implementing our product. Carnival began life as a mobile agency, launching Polar Bear Farm before the App Store existed. By the time we launched our mobile marketing automation platform in 2013, we had developed over 120 apps for companies like Kraft, DreamWorks and Coca-Cola. So, we understand what it means to be an agency – the late nights, the fear of scope creep, the joy of squashing an elusive bug.
Carnival’s Agency Partner Program helps you help your clients
We want you to use Carnival because it’s a great product that solves a real problem for app owners – user retention. We offer two partnership models to fit your needs:
1. Referral agreement. A sophisticated approach to messaging can make all the difference for large contracts. Referral partners team up with us to co-sell complex deals and big clients, or refer us directly to the client so they can focus on development.
2. Resale agreement. Some agencies prefer to retain full control over client relationships. We provide these partners thorough Carnival training and resources to effectively act as a reseller of the product, only consulting with us if needed.
In both cases (referral and resale), we provide a rebate on the purchase price, though the structure of each is slightly different to reflect the involvement levels of both parties. Get in touch for more referral and resale details.
Training and messaging best practices
If you’re going to use our product, we want to make sure you’re using it to its maximum potential. We’ll train your teams to become Carnival experts, and as a partner, you’ll be the first to hear about our newest features and product roadmap. Plus, we’ll arm you with mobile marketing best practices, keep you up to speed with the latest mobile tech, and empower you with training docs for your team and clients.

Carnival analytics for all of your apps
Our Agency Partner Program gives you complimentary access to Carnival analytics across all of your apps – even those not using Carnival messaging. See important engagement analytics for each of your projects, such as app opens, active users, and custom events tracking. Our Live Portfolio Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of key metrics, and showcases where your apps are being used across the globe in real time (show this to clients). We’ll send weekly performance emails, so you can quickly identify which apps are performing well, and which clients are at risk of losing users.
